Students will experience working with different types of media, paper, material, thread, glass paint, card, acetate and others, depending on the project in hand, to gain maximum satisfaction on completion.

THE ROTHCHILDS Houses & Collections- C1010271

The Rothchild family were bankers, builders & collectors of art in monumental proportions. In the Vale of Aylesbury they built, or bought, seven houses and became model English squires, filling each house with treasures of European Aft. A visit to Halton is included.

Architecture, furniture & design are integral to our everyday life, & flourish through cultural & social influences. This course will offer an overview of these issues by studying the periods of Regency to Art Nouveau.

This course will consider two popular aspects of local wildlife study, that of birds 4 and wild flowers, and will attempt to demonstrate the fact that a wealth of fascinating wildlife is present around us throughout the year.
