Mary Brand

My Father John Brand was born in Wing along with his brother Ted and sisters Ginny and Dorothy.
 My Dad met my mother when she, a young divorcee was evacuated to Wing during WW 2.   She had a young son Billy, my half brother, pictured with his tin hat on, of which he would not go any where without.  
My mother worked at Burcott Lodge with Dorothy and I think she introduced her to my Dad. They were in service to a russian, Mr Berger and his wife Nina.  
I am trying to trace my family tree, and am very keen to correspond with anyone who has information or knowledge of the  Brand family or linked families Jordan, Scolpher, Shearsby and more recently Kirby - please email postmaster@wingvillage.co.uk
