All Saints' Church

Wing with Grove

- after research by Keith Watson

· "The finest Saxon Church in England" - John Betjeman

· A 4-star rating by Simon Jenkins

· Stands on an ancient religious site; a monastery church in the seventh century, probably associated with the ownership of the manor by the king of Wessex..

· The monastery may have been established by St Birinus, near to an early English Celtic church.

· Continuous use over at least 1300 years justifies a claim to be the oldest continuously used religious site in the country.
